Step one: get live.
Standard ERPNext, configured properly, with your data in it and your team trained on it.
| Pack | What it covers | Hours | Validity | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | Accounting, Selling, Buying, Inventory | 40 | 30 days | ₹80,000 |
| Core + Manufacturing | The above, plus Manufacturing | 70 | 60 days | ₹1,40,000 |
| Complete | The above, plus HR & Payroll | 100 | 90 days | ₹2,00,000 |
| HR & Payroll only | HR and Payroll on its own | 30 | 30 days | ₹60,000 |
All packs are ₹2,000 per hour · 18% GST extra · Payable in advance · One free validity extension on request if your team gets pulled away.
Step two: make it yours.
Your invoice format. Your approval flow. Your integrations. Your reports. None of this is standard, so none of it is guessed at.
- —Buy one pack or several. No minimum beyond the first.
- —Hours are drawn down as work is approved and completed.
- —Top up whenever the balance runs low. Or stop.
- —Your hours do not expire.
- —Works before, during or after implementation.
Nothing gets built before you have approved the hours.
If we underestimate, that is our problem, not your bill. The only thing that changes an approved number is you changing the requirement — then we stop and re-quote before continuing. You get a one-page work note for every item: the requirement, the hours, who approved it, the date delivered. Your record, not ours.

Pricing questions.
Why is customisation the same rate as implementation?+
Because it is the same people doing it. Implementation is work we have done many times and can price as a fixed pack; your specific requirements have never been built before and get quoted individually.
Can I start with just a customisation pack?+
Yes, if you are already running ERPNext and need help with a specific problem. If you are starting from nothing, you need an implementation pack first.
What if I only need two modules, not four?+
Talk to us. The packs are structured around how these modules depend on each other, but if your scope is genuinely narrower we will tell you.
Do you charge for the first call?+
No. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and we will tell you if ERPNext is the wrong fit.
Are there any per-user licence fees?+
None. ERPNext is open source. You pay for hosting and for time.
What does hosting cost?+
Typically ₹1,500 to ₹5,000 per month for a small business, paid directly to the hosting provider. We will help you size it and set it up.
Thirty minutes. No slide deck.
Tell us what you run today and what is breaking. If ERPNext is not a fit, we will say so.
